Dear knowledgable DP members, As part of my slow diversification into ecommerce websites, I would like to propose that we all share our do's and dont's to increase conversions and have success with ecommerce. Here are some of mine, please share yours! 1) have a telephone number on the site. Even though some may not actually call you, it makes the user feel more comfortable purchasing from you. (try a company called 'grasshopper' - you get a 1-800 number for about 10$ per month with 100 minutes!) 2) Have some sort of recognizable safety measures on site, like authorize.net, etc..
