    How much time does this site take to run?
    Couple hours to process orders. Can easily outsource to a VA

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Figuring out what to do with the 100-300% profit margins. You'll never see me sell a website that isn't selling items at a 100-300% markup. We did lower that for black friday but there wasn't many sells. We had our keywords wrong. Since, Google has optimized our keyword strategy and results have been nice. for example, today we got an order for $249. Cost us $88 to fill it.

    The potential of this site is huge. A partner of mine has a similar site that is one year old and the sales for nov. were at $21,000. This is just getting started.
