First of all I want to say thank you for viewing my auction, please bear with me since this is my first time selling a website so any questions you have I will answer promptly. The website I am selling has been a long project and I really hate to sell it but with me working full time and doing school I just do not have the time or resources to make it grow.

The website is http://www.aksfinest.com, revenue is generated through this site and EBay (http://stores.ebay.com/Alaskas-Finest-Seafoods_W0QQssPageNameZl2QQtZkm). All categories are drop ship items except for the first three (Alaskan Salmon, Alaskan Halibut, Alaskan King Crab)

The design is completely custom, it cost me $5,000 to get the site done originally. I have spent upwards of $10,000 to get the entire site done but realistically I understand that I will not recoup that much. What matters to me is that the site goes to someone who wants to grow this business and take hold of a grand opportunity.

Revenue has not been consistent because of my lack of marketing.

    Jan. - April: 74.99
May - 934.84 (Started EBay this month, all revenue came from the EBay store)

Because of the big jump from Ebay but lack of sales on the site I decided to change the back end, it was custom but did not convert well at all. From June to August I had the site completely redone. I switched Virtuemart and Paypal processing instead of Authorize.net. I also added the blog, forum and writing a lot of articles for the site.

    August - 79.99
    September - 109.98
    October - 57.99
    November - 75.97

This site has a LOT of potential, I have not had one unsatisfied customer (21 positive feedback on EBay and you can see how much the customers love the product) I just cannot expand it to its full potential with such limited time and resources.

The drop ship items average about a 20%-30% profit. I paid a combined $220 to get into two of the drop ship programs.

Non-drop ship items vary on shipping costs. Locally I saw a solid %30 profit or more but some items sell at a loss if I am shipping to the other side of the country.

I have not dedicated a lot of time to online marketing so here are the traffic stats as of this year, January, March and April I did use adwords to gain traffic
