eCommerce Script with option to set shipping for each product.

I am having hardtime setting up my online store. I used Magento and VirtueMart, both do not have an option of setting the shipping per product. I mean the products I sell arevery much different in nature, so I need an ebay like option to setup shipping individually for all the products.

Any script out there with such feature?

PS: I dont like oscommerce

Not free but takes care of the problem for you. It is pretty reasonable for what it does though.

I am sure most shopping carts have shipping per product feature. What are your other requirements to the software and store? You need to make a final decision based on all your requirements.
