Ecommerce Sales Slowing - What are you experiencing?

    Hi There,

    Two of the ecommerce websites I look after are showing strange sales trends.

    The first one has shown weakening sales since the beginning of the year and only through aggressive promotions/offers have we been able to bring the sales back up, but they are sliding again. We have seen a continuous gradual decline in traffic from google adwords over the last few months.

    The second one sells a seasonal product and they are entering the beginning of their season. First month sales were fine but so far this month sales are way down with a big drop off in traffic across all sources.

    Is anyone else seeing any similar trends?
