    Can you be more specific is to what kind of software are you using . cart name ..usually the help is provided by cart developer.

    I use zencart all the time. They are pretty easy to install and setup with paypal or other merchant accounts.

    to design ecommerce store, u need to review competitor store and make nice flow chart which shows process and developer will help u in development
