Well not quite awake yet but i beleave ecommerce is the best place to post this small question. now ive looked into drop shippers alot as a way to find distributors. have looked at websites such as doba. productsourceing and alibaba could not quite understand alibaba and the price for a premium membership, was way out there. and now i come to a site i find the best awnsers for anything at. what would any of you suggest as the best way to find a decent drop shipper. and or distributor for products on your ecommerce store?
you can directly contact to some courier company like DHL, Bluedart etc for drop and delivery of your products round the globe. They provide all kind of services. thecreatewebsites.com
You can find them online itself. US relevant dropshippers are: Doba Salehoo Worldwide brands Dropship Access Sunrise Wholesale Shopster
Hi I am hardly day sorry to you because i have not a good and accurate answer for this type of question but i can help you to suggest a very good website about edu
Using middlemen like Doba, Sunrise Wholesale, Productsourcing (owned by Doba), and Shopster will kill your profit margins. All 3 of them markup the shipping and the prices they charge are more than the true wholesale prices. Most of the suppliers Doba uses can be found by doing a google search of the products you're interested in. If you want to dropship, try to find manufacturers who will dropship for you. The manufacturers won't charge you a monthly fee like Doba does, and you'll be paying true wholesale prices. The Worldwide Brands and Salehoo directories both list manufacturers, and you can find many by using google.
Hey everyone, My names Mike, iv been running my online ebay store kai-imports for over 2 years, dropshipping from China to Australia. Im looking for other peoples experience in dealing with dropshippers. When i first started i was using chinavasion to get most of my products, they had an excellent customer support, and a higher quality product (In most cases), however i found it was very difficult to make a profit as their prices were also much higher than anyone elses. I just want to know how do other dropshippers deal with the rising ebay fees? and what other Dropshippers are out there that i can use without killing my profit margins, at the present moment im using shopbuy, their customer support isnt as great as chinavasion, but they have at least 10 times the amount of products at a fraction of the cost as i was paying before. Looking forward to hearing your guys replies, shopbuy.com.au doesnt charge me any fees or anything like that, just sign up for a free account and order, pretty simple
wow this was a real eye opener and makes alot of since. i thank you for being honest about how drop shippers really work. and yes i been contemplating just contacting manafacturers for products. instead of paying a high membership fee.
Look at inventorysource dot com if you want to work directly with DS vendors. I'm not affiliated with them at all but used them when I first got started in DS. Now I use them only as a reference to vendors that will work with DS websites. It's a good way to get started and begin relationships with good wholesale DS businesses.
Please don't use ANY of the above mentioned dropship resources. They are all just middleman websites created for people who are too lazy to do things the right way. You will have no margins to work with and will be eaten alive by competitors who have taken the time to establish relationships with the actual manufacturers or their distributors. Go to storecoach.com. It is a totally free e commerce training course that is built entirely around the concept of building profitable dropship websites. They will teach you everything you need to know. I just saw an article on their blog today about talking to manufacturers, in fact - Tips For Contacting Suppliers.
let me know what you are looking to sell and I could source them for you as I have a few contacts in china
