Just want to compare my http://www.winemakerschoice.com.au website Google bounce rate with others because I think mine is pretty high 50-55% now, but a year ago was about 35-45%.
Yes, I am working on content almost every day..
    Just wondering why ...

I would break the bounce rate down. The overall bounce rate might seem high, but if you break it down towards you target market the bounce rate might be great.

Our main ecommerce site has an overall bounce rate of 41% for the past 30days. But when i strip out non Australian traffic (since Australia is our target market) our bounce rate is 27%.
I also like to take a look at keywords and their bounce rates. The more general keywords (i.e. wine) give a higher bounce rate, while long tail keywords (i.e. de bortoli red wines) produce very low bounce rates.

Check out your bounce rate for Australia and see what the number is. I bet it's lower than the overall rate.

Do you use Google Analytics for web site traffic tracking? I thought there was a section/panel where it compares several of your web site stats with those of similar sizes.
