I want to add some quick details. The blog is PR5 and is receiving around 75000 unique visitors per month. As such, it is a sizable blog that needs to maintain and even grow it's quality of content. I need to consider this when reviewing applications and ensure that all future post authors can achieve this. It is important that all authors have very good grammar together with good research skills. Non-native english is OK as long as your written english is very good. thanks, Brett
