Hi everyone, we are experiencing something very weird about EchoTopic and I have tried all the means to contact EchoTopic staffs but regardless how many emails and phone calls I sent and made, there is no reply from them.

Our site got quite high ranking and high traffic, more than 1 million page view a day. We placed EchoTopic tags for quite sometimes, I guess more or less a year and it performed pretty well on our site as an addition to Google Adsense.

The problem is since 13/8 there was no ads from EchoTopic shown up on our site and more weird thing is we have not received any check from them since May even though in their system, they said the payment for May and June were completed (as in "paid").

We have tried to contact EchoTopic so many times without any success, calling them with no hope. I have been watching news regarding to them to see if any news related to their bankrupt or something like as well. The thing is it stills runs ads on other sites on their network. This actually driven us crazy.

So EchoTopic guys, if you were there somewhere, please check out our case, our account id is 10233536. I don't know what problems you guys have with our account but pls let us know, we fix it together ok?

Another thing I forgot to add, we also place ads from TribalFusion and surprisingly their ads is still ok and we still receive money from TribalFusion. TribalFusion and Echotopic are basically from one Company right? Really weird, damn crazy

I hope not. But they at least have one case manager dedicated to serving customers like us. We are keen to work with them and with more than 1million pageviews they can make quite alot of money from our inventory as well.

We are also considering to place EchoTopics, I guess we have to reconsider after your case.

EchoTopic is not too bad in terms of generating income for our site specifically. BUT what happened to us was just unbelievable. No body could imagine something bullshit like that would occur nowadays.

Please update to us if you have any further news? Has EchoTopic responded yet? I guess with 1 million page views a day they must owe you a couple of hundred thousand since May. wow what a big money!

Nope, unfortunately, they still haven't responded at all. I opened up this thread hoping that they would hop in and explain. They neither did not care nor did not know about the existence of this thread.

Anyone still using EchoTopic? You guys have any contact (i.e email of the case manager) and still can reach him?

None of you guys are using EchoTopic? Really??

EchoTopics ads also disappear on some of the sites that they used to appear. Anyone knows any sites that still have EchoTopics?

ppl please, this is a desperate situation. Pls raise our voice. There must be some kind of laws to protect publishers like us. Look, we worked our ass off to earn them good money and they just ran away with our money and we could not do shit. This can happen to any of us. We are living in a well-protected environment for advertisers and middle guys like EchoTopics, Google Adsense but very insecure for publishers. Everyday, you are facing all kinds of risks, risk from being banned, account being disabled etc. They probably guess we are easy money makers, just place the ads online and earn money every single minute. Wrong!!! We are working our ass off every day, day and night and enduring all kind of expenses like hosting, administrators, editors, PR... This game has too few advertising systems, some of them even really hard to get into, and too many publishers, millions or billions. That makes the game too much easier for them, but too harder for us.

Men, don't know what you guys think. I am really pissed off right now. This is not about our money any more, this is a bigger issue that should concern any of you.

Did you cross check your site for the Tags they give you to add near the content? Did by any mistake you remove those tags or the ad codes? The perfect guy with that company is Mike - Echotopic
