Ecatel Server Cost?

I had emailed Ecatel 3 days back, but didnt got any responses from them in last 3 days. So i am asking here, i want to purchase dedicated server from Ecatel Netherland server.

I want to know what type of dedicated server they have and what are there cost, please provide me all details includes specification, installation charges, cpanel/whm license, fantastico, rvskin licenses cost.

Also i want to know about CPU, HDD, 100MBPS Port Unmetered Bandwidth charges.

I would be happy, if anybody would be able to help me for this information.

If they do not answer on your presales question just imagine how "Fast" they will be in case of troubles you might have with their servers

 

hi SiberForum, Ecatel is one of the best dedicated server for offshore i have heard about in WHT site, and yes there support is not that quick, because they have lots of customers, so they might take time to reply me. That is why i posted here in DP, so that i can get answer fast atleast here, because in this forum also, there are many users who have already purchased dedicated server from Ecatel and i want to know there specification and there prices.

 

We use to have a Dual Xeon. It had 2GB RAM and 5TB bandwidth on a 100Mbit/s line. I remember paying about 95 euro's a month.

 

i was using Ecatel till last downtime and data loss. they have some sort of issue. pm me for more information

 

How much HDD did you got with that cost? Do they charge for installation? And what about there server is fully-managed or semi-managed? How much was the cost for cpanel/whm license, fantastico license and rvskin license? Do you remember the price of those licenses.

hmm i got response from them withing 7-8 HRS.

 

I am not sure about the reason, so i really cant comment on that, till they response me. And they do provide good service, thats what i heard on WHT, maximum offshore host purchase dedicated server from them itself.

i dont know about that..i did not ask about it. sorry try asking someone who already has ECATEL servers they might be able to help.

They dont offer Cpanel etc just the server, and i just got an email from them, they are out of stock till 1st of April 2009

 

Same here, sucks I will have to use a backup server now !

 

cPanel/WHM can be purchased from a number of places, not always cheapest to go with the company.

They can't sell Fantastico, netenberg does not have a reseller program.

RvSiteBuilder, google is your friend....

 

I got that response from Ecatel a few months back.

 

Their website seems to have been under maintenance for months on-end. What's happening?

 

I've never seen it any different, ALWAYS undergoing maintanence.
