    Hi, Thanks for your concern.

    Well, what you have just said is absolutely right. I don't deny your statement. ;)

    I have actually invested all the time in building links by posting yahoo answers. As you really know, posting links in yahoo answers won't increase page rank as it includes Nofollow link attribute. However, it brings traffic to a website. So, the result is no PR and backlinks.

    I have targeted "ebusiness centre" as my keywords, so when you type them on the search engine, it appears on the first page (up til this moment). So, should someone needs a short cut to start, then he/she can buy the domain from me. By the way, building PR and backlinks are not difficult but it will consume a lot of your time. Anyway, as you already know, it depends on what target you have set for it and your budget.

    Well, I don't have much time taking care of this domain name as I have other jobs to handle, therefore would want to sell it off if someone is interested.
