    Hello,

    What is a good Word -> PDF converter, that allows you to use links that go to websites in the ebook?

    PDF995 wont convert all the links, and I cant find any others.

    Thanks,
    Steven

    I would spend the cash for Adobe Acrobat...then you can install the PDF printer driver. When you finish your word doc, then you can "Print to" PDF. It is worth the cash if you ask me.

    Adobe is good for whatever your purpose you may have. And if you aren't satisfied :D google "doc to pdf converter"

    I think you can go to adobe's site and convert the document on their site. This may fix the problem you are having. Otherwise go to download.com and you can find dozens of converters. There is also NitroPDF, DocuDesk's PDF converter, etc. But if you have the money I would definitely pony up the cash for Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional.

    I agree with the others about purchasing Adobe Acrobat, especially if you are going to be doing lots of ebooks. Though there are free converters available, you just do not get the same functionality as you get with Adobe.

    Adobe is very expensive. I just need something for this one time. Ive checked out all the free ones, their just basic converters. Bah.

    Yeah I use primo pdf as well, but you can always type your search in google;
    "free pdf converter" That would give you a few different options to choose from.µµ

    I think I read that you can convert word to pdf with openoffice writer as well, though I can be mistaken.

    I didn't think CutePDF would put the links in the document. If it does then definitely go with that option. CutePDF is very good.
