    Will the ebook be all text, or does it have to include , images, and the header and footer artwork?

    You can also check at fiverr with the keywords "write ebook" or similar. You can find someone to write you an ebook. You also can post at "Odesk" and find people to write you ebook. Odesk is a platform where there are lots of freelancers to do your job and you also can do jobs.
