Ebook Resell Rights

Hi, I am interested in reselling some of the ebooks that are sold in the product content forum. I have two questions.


1. If I buy ebooks from sellers who grant me permission for reselling the books, will I be liable if the seller was lying and didn't actually get permission from the author?

2. Is it legal for me to sell the ebooks in a rebrand special package with me not listing the ebook titles. Like for example, "10,000 EBooks Package".

What do you mean by written resell agreements? For example, alot of people are selling resellable ebooks in the content forum. Does this constitute as a written resell agreement? If not, do you mean that the resell rights must be written somewhere within the ebooks or a seperate document with resell rights permission?

Typically, the seller will give you a written resell rights agreement.

 

1. You could be.
2. Depends on any additional stipulations set forth by the author of the product.
3. If you are unsure about 1 or 2, bypass the seller and double check with the original author- Best to cover your ass

 

Yes you get resale rights that second question I think they not provide you 1000000 of ebooks
