    Hi Everyone,

I hope to create an ebook but do not wish to mention my name on it. quite honestly, I plan to re-package information and not all ideas going into that ebook would be mine anyway. the ebook will be information grouped for readers to help themselves without much hassle in a particular niche.

What options do I have? how important is an author's profile and can that section be avoided by any other alternative ways? Ofcourse the main goal is to make some money off the ebook, the marketing scope should look fine and not dodgy just becos it does not have an author's name. many thanks.

Many do not attach their name to it. It is not necessary.

Think of a good "business" name, or, hell, just use your url instead.

On the cover: The title, and on the bottom, your url.

Many people have used pen names for ebooks, so you can also do that. The most important thing though, is having good customer service and a way for your customers to contact you -- whoever you may be.
