Hello, I was hoping to get some advice on an e-Book sales page that my dad has hired someone to set up. He wrote the e-book a few years ago, and hired someone to set up the website. I don't think he is getting the results he wanted, he maybe got a few orders from Clickbank. I'm a website designer, with experience in SEO / Adsense / Social Networking / All that stuff. I figured I could step in and help him increase his sales, since he doesn't have any time to work on it. The link is: Fail-Proof Marketing by Leon Rawitz How is the sales page? I know he worked hard on it, and had many people review it. It seems very long to me, is it OK how it is? Can the design be improved? Me being a designer, I would love to help him re-design it if it will bring in more sales. What are some good examples of a GOOD sales page? Any tips on some good ways to market this and increase sales would really be appreciated I want to see what I can do with this, since it is just sitting around! Thanks everyone.
As far as sales pages go, I don't see anything terribly wrong with it, it is certainly functional, but a bit boring and generic. I know anytime I see a sales letter only site, I immediately think snake-oil and leave. In my opinion, it might be smart to shift the site over to WordPress, make the homepage the sales page, and pump it up with lots of web 2.0 features. It would make it seem more credible, too.
I know a simple and fail-proof way to market your e-book. Here is the website The link is: Fail-Proof Marketing by Leon Rawitz Hope that helps
Funny. But he's not the "internet marketing" type, he works with large businesses with very high budgets. That's why I'm asking for advice, to promote this online since I've never worked with something like this. But yeah, I think a new design is definitely needed. And probably a new book cover. Anyone know of a sales page with a great design?
Here are a few great ways to convert visitors into buyers 1. Show a video 2. Show picture proof of earnings 3. Show testimonials with pictures of people 4. Offer a discount 5. Offer a countdown timer or a deadline to buy 6. Offer a free product in exchange for their email, then send them emails that convince them to buy All these things should work together to get your customers to buy
Thanks Bella! Although I have been working on a new design. What do you think of this: http://cintrexmedia.com/clients/failproof/ The current one can be found at FailProofMarketing.com I'm not done with putting the copy in, I still have to add testimonials.. but what do you think? An improvement? Any suggestions? Easier to read? etc. Thanks!
1. Why don't you just expand the horizontal? Your sales page has a quite long in vertical and seems like trying to minimize horizontal. It could help reduce your sales page lengthly in vertical and give more attractive. 2. Is it possible to have a bit larger product image at header? Too small if you ask me. 3. What about "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" at above right? Is it possible to have it a bit larger and sharper?
Thanks for your feedback! I went ahead and made it a lot wider. I didn't realize how small it was, so thank you!
