EBook covers,Banner, images and minisite best?

    Can anyone recomend a great graphic designer to make my header graphic, banners, order buttons, ebook cover etc? I was set to use someone but suddenly they stop responding.. looking for someone that can design for a real book cover as well.. thx..:)
