Hi there, Looking for someone good with Adobe InDesign. I have an ebook in microsoft word format (116 pages) that i would like converting to Adobe Indesign format. I have a template file with all the paragraph styles and fancy formatting i need - i just need someone who can copy in all the content and apply the correct formatting from the template file to the chapters and subheadings. The template file includes dynamic contents page, page numbering and index that change automatically as you add stuff. When this is done, just send me back the completed file!
