If you have a link inside an ebook (and it relates to the material a lot) then it has the potential to drive traffic.

 

It depends on motivational factor of yours book content as of amount of readers of course.

I used to sell an ebook here at DP, and sold many hundreds of copies. That ebook is now free at my blog, and so far the traffic-turnout has been less than stellar..
