I own EbayUK.Biz would this be worth much? I know its a .biz but with the right promotion, could it be worth either selling or doing something with?

I'm not an expert, but wouldn't this have TM issues?

It is between negative value and 0, I would want a lawyer's letter courtesy of Ebay for having this domain.

Yes - I would say this is a trade mark issue - 'eBay' is copyrighted.

I wish you the best of luck however. :)

Um...definately TM issues, $0, infact could cost you money. Not a smart move to list an Ebay TM domain on Ebay!

Contact eBay and transfer the domain name over to them.

    Hi,

Transfer it immediately. I had a big company drop a lawyer's letter on my doormat telling me that my Domain was TM and that they were going to sue me for damages. Fortunately managed to get out of it but could have lost my house.

That isn't a very nice thing to do, if someone gets that domain and takes the time to develop it and bang, a hefty lawsuit on there hands wouldn't be so nice. :(
