I've recently came across a number of available domains with ebay + a product (with good search numbers), but I decided not to register them, first for TM reasons, and second, I don't think it would be easy to actually win with Ebay for any query including the word ebay (which would be the only reason to register such a domain). Therefore, I think it's reg fee at most.
