Yes, I do. They are having great security options, can even track your MAC address not only IP. Their support is also nice specially on ebay.com you can get real time help about your issues via live chat from all over the world. Their local sites have some problems in case of solving problems but over all they are at the top of online business & mainly due to their cousin website PayPal. !!
Yes, there are millions of happy ebay users. yes, sometimes there is fraud and disputed transaction, but when you are talking about millions of transactions everyday then there will likely be a few problems.

Nope, I am not working in ebay, but I have been active with ebay & PayPal since Jan, 2001. I have many good & bad experiences, too. But overall I have gained more from ebay & lost only a bit. This applies to every business so don't mind. More over I have got many good friends from all over the world due to ebay while dealing & that's a hidden benefit of ebay which I have never expected. BTW one of my friends is working in ebay.in, from him I have got some idea about their back stage work.
