What do I need to become eBay seller? Do I need TaxID? Does social security number is enough? What else I need to become ebay seller (other than finding drop shippers.)

You'll need to determine "what" you want to sell and build up a good reputation (feedback score). If you've never sold on eBay before, I would suggest you read a lot before jumping in.
