So a while ago, I bought a IBM Thinkpad on Ebay. . . It was broken (I knew that). My dad said I didn't need it, so I resold it with the same description and stuff as when I bought it. . .He got it in the mail, and said it wasnt as described. . . which it was. I am very honest person when it comes to this. This was around Nov. 20th, and I havent heard anything back yet. Will I win the paypal claim?

No one knows the particulars as well as you - and your guess would be better than anyone elses. As a general rule, ebay/paypal sides with the buyer more often than the seller - but that doesn't mean you will lose.

i think if your description was truly honest, and in no way meant to mislead someone you SHOULD win. Will you? Who knows. PayPal disputes usually take forever and no one is ever happy with the result :)
