Ebay ToS - Friends and Family?

    So I read through the Ebay ToS located on CJ (and other info at Ebay). From what I can tell there is nothing prohibiting friends and family from using your Ebay affiliate links. The only related item I can find has to do with promotion of auctions for "affiliated agents" but nothing about bidding.

    Is this everyone's opinion on this as well?

    The obvious reason I ask is I know a few Ebay fanatics irl...

    As far as I know it's not against the TOS. You don't get paid for clicks, so...
