I was suspended from Ebay, and I do not know why, just like many other people who get banned I created a new account (new address, new name, etc..) and also a new Paypal account. Does Ebay actually monitor and ban people based on their IP, or am I fine since I've made the new accounts and all? I know I am going to get sh*t for this question, but I really need to use Ebay! Thanks
Ebay does not ban often. You had to either scam someone or was dishonest at some point. I am sure you know the reason you were banned, they would be stupid to ban for no reason. They make money by people buying and selling so they have no reason to ban without cause. If you are planning to continue the same practices, I am sure you will get caught again.
You are permitted only one account registration per IP address I believe, Usually they don't just suspend without telling you, unless it was something really serious. I'm not really sure, You should contact them about it im sure, they have a live support feature, that is probably the fastest way, that or calling them. - Alex
Do you mean "new" ? Do you have "old" ebay account? If yes,then you are suspend coz having multiple ebay account. I advised you to call them up to solve this problem
