The site currently has a forum script which is very easy to use and requires no paid license.

I wanted to establish a place where eBayer users that have been wrongfully suspended could talk with each other and find out what to do to get back on eBay. This is important to a lot of eBayers as they rely on this for extra income.

I will host the site for $5/mo or you can use your own.

The domain alone has to be worth a nice penny, I just do not have the time to market the site as I initially had intentions on doing. Will entertain all reasonable offers, I do not have a BIN in mind as of yet. Please start the bidding @ $10

are you allowed to use ebays trademark?

 

While the idea may be nice, it's hard to see value there. It's a .net domain, no traffic, just installed SMF with no members and no posts. Work with it for a while to build up traffic and membership and it could be worth a whole lot more.

 

Not to mention the fact that if EBay is going to go after anyone for trademark infringement, a site that organizes banned (read: anti-ebay) members would probably be high on the list of targets.

 

there is something called freedom of speech, they can't get you...

 

But they can certainly get that domain name if they wanted it.
