Buying Ebay Store Design for 150$

Hi guys,
I finally decided to get my design done through dp guys.
MY budget is $150 and will be paid by paypal. I will pay in 2 installments ($75 after the agreement and some initial progress, $75 after I am handed over the entire project.
We will need to start immediately. This means we will need to get this done right away and we will work non stop.

My requirements are simple. I have a website and I need an ebay store that very closely feel and look like the website. The website was developed here at dp forum as well in a contest.

The entire package should include the following

Store header with logo (we will use our logo from the website), store home link, "me" page (or about us) link and up to 5 additional links either in the header or as an additional promotion box
Homepage with up to 5 featured category links with image
"me" page with text area, 10 of current listings and latest 10 feedback (will display once installed)
Store policies page with text and Paypal logo
Blank page or with dummy text template to create additional store pages
Blank promotion box template to match new store design

I will also provide you with a couple designs on ebay that I really like and would something very close like that.

Anyone with good ebay experience would be a big help.
