I am intending to target ebay and selling houses thru Ebay

So I if I sell for 1 mil, how much percentage do I get.

    Hopefully not under 500.

Is it worth it. WHat are the best items to sell from ebay thru CJ.

    Thanks

    No no

    YOu misunderstood

I will sell exisitn ghouses on the Ebay, I will just put the items from Ebay and my affiliate code of CJ and get percentage is some house is sold.

I just wanna know how much will I get.

I think ebay takes 10 %, doesnt it?

    YOu see here
    http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/fees.html

    They take 8.7 %

so what do I get? YOu are saying thy dont take 8.7 % from a 1 million house?

What items are the best to sale from ebay

I pointed you to the Real Estate fees section, thats where you get info on Real Estate fees :)

Residential, Commercial & Other Real Estate insertion fees varie between $100 and $300, there is no final value fee, your cut will be the percentage of that $100-$300.

Who in their right mind would sell a house on eBay if they charged 8.7%, your local Realtor takes like 2-3% max.

I tried to sell our house on ebay. All I got was a lot of property developers wanting a very cheap deal, and enquiries from other house sellers wanting to know if it was worth advertising on ebay.

Selling houses, cars, boats etc... on eBay (as an affiliate) is a waste of time. I've 'sold' a few fancy pants cars, and a few BIG UGLY houses. It's fun, and good for your ego, but the commissions are a joke.

You'll do much better selling expensive items that don't have a fixed listing fee - laptops, high end hi-fi, jewellery, collectibles, blabla... you get the idea...

Run a few searches on eBay, sort the results by highest price first, and find yourself a new weirdo niche - then target the crap out of it :p
