ebay selling problam - "action" vs "buy it now"

    Hi guys i need help as i don't understand something in ebay
    it's goes like this :

    I am selling an ebook at ebay and when i post "buy it now" on 2 $ no one buy the ebook and when i post it in actions that start from 2$ the ebook is sold like crazy

    what is going on i don't understand ebay ??

    any one can help or send me a guide how ebay work ?
