eBay Seller Took $410 from me

I bought a Mobile Phone via eBay before 20 days. The seller came out to be fraudulent. I raised a claim and PayPal refunded me only $200 under "PayPal Buyer Protection". My question now is, Will they ever refund me the rest of money? PayPal.said they will make every effort to recover the rest of the money from the seller.

They paid me just $200 as buyer protection. And the site was ebay.com. I used my PayPal balance to pay for the item I bought. I am just not sure that PayPal will ever send the rest of the money to me.

Paypal is really crap when it comes to resolutions... even if you win the case you still get a mail saying you have won the dispute but sorry cannot recover your money... not sure why you did not pay the entire amount using ebay...

anyway as suggested by 2-4-k file a complaint with your credit card for reversal and then if your paypal account is suspended make another one.. atleast get your money back...
