    Hello,
What i dont understand is why my reports show different amounts to transaction download report.

Does anyone know if the Amount column in the transaction report is the eBay commission in USD?

    If not what is it?

    Thanks

I was confused by this as well. The 'earnings' in the transaction download report is eBay's commission, so you take that and calculate your teir percentage to figure out your commission. For example, eBay US initially gives 50% of their commission to you. I imagine if you divide the transaction report total by 2 it'll equal what you see in the other reports.

    hope this helps

The number in the transaction download is the entire amount eBay charged the seller, you get the percentage off of that.

these reports really suck, I don't know why they couldn't just say "final price", "seller fee", "your commission", as if that would have been such a hard thing to do?

There is a report that you can download, it doesn't give your commission on it, but it lists the rest of those things along with the auction ID.

it does, but the field headers make no sense. For instance, one says 'amount', one says 'ebay total sale amount'. I understand that the latter one is what the person's final amount was, but the numbers have improper decimal placements. Some of them look like nnn.nn, some look like nn, some look like nnnnn (highly doubt those represent 5-figure auctions, especially since my cut for those are about 70-80% less than what they should be)..

Did you email them about this? I emailed them about the Help Page. There it still said that the camp. ID is a 9 digit number, where is now it's a 10 digit one. The guy replied to me 5 days later saying they are still working on those and other things.

Yeah, they never seem to get back to you. It's the same crap service from the days of CJ.com, where they just ignored your emails.
