Ebay reporting in CJ

    My stats haven't been showing for the past day for Ebay. Anyone else have this problem? I emailed CJ but don't expect a response real soon...

    are you sure you have the right PID, and you are not using one of your SID's? i had a day where i made that mistake and caught it after having no clicks on a 10k visitor day. now my clicks and conversions are always displayed and never had a problem since them.

    I'm not having problems. I have my ACRU's from yesterday. Usually they update the sales later tonight.

    Ok, at least 2 people are having the same issue. I was getting a little worried. I just hope my sales are registering.

    I see that the batch process has run for the 13th and 14th, but I don't see my reporting numbers changing and 0 earnings. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

    The quick stats on the home page have been a bit delayed. Our Technical Support team has been notified of the issue, and is working to get it up to speed. Most likely the problem is due to the fact that we are currently running our payment scripts for the month of January, and this is slowing our servers down. We hope to have the problem resolved shortly. However, performance reports will still be accurate and up to date, so you can always see the status of your clicks and impressions there.
