Do ebay products have a A quality when compared to other stores i saw my friends phone he ordered it from eBay it was like a dirty shtty phone i dono why for the sam price he got it from ebay ebay is not at all worth for quality products i think what may be the reason ebay products dont come as specified on the website .
Ebay is made up of individual sellers, they are normal people like you and me. Some people offer shitty products whilst others offer great stuff. You shouls always message the seller and ask them about the quality e.g. does it have scratches, does it work properly and stuff like that. I think your friend was just an inexperienced buyer.
It's a matter of selection. You should choose carefully your merchant. And see what is their resolution if we are not able to accept the quality of the products. If you see it is reasoning enough or fair enough then go for the deal, if it's not then walk away. Ask before you press the purchase button IMHO.
