Hi, Ebay website has been opened in Vietnamese two days ago (http://www.ebay.vn ), but Vietnam is Paypal send money only country recently. That's odd. How we can sell at ebay without Paypal account for receiving money? Is ther some country having the same? Thanks.
I believe you can use a payment method apart from Paypal such as cash, check, credit card or whatever methods you use you may have.
as what eddy2099, i believe that ebay offers some other methods of payment such as credit card, cash, check, or if you're willing to meet up the person whom you're buying the product (and vice versa), then you can do so... actually, we have ebay here in our country (Philippines) for quite sometime now... but we had paypal available in here just recently... and is still has limited use/access...
