For what? to bypass the automatic rejection of international members who want to sign up as partners.

Has anyone international successfully registered with them?

By "international", I'm assuming you mean non US. I'm from Australia and they let me in.

I would in no way condone it but if you were to put the wrong address in by accident when registering and it thought you was from the US it would auto approve you and pay you in dollars via paypal (may be a small paypal charge for converting?)

Obviously this would be wrong and against the rules so don't do it.

No, the rejection I got was autorejection.... they didn't manually review my application.

I indeed used bogus address, but not in the US. I guess they check your IP/location or something....

I am from Singapore and they let me in.

After you got accpeted into EPN, u still need to apply to join each country's EPN.

I got kicked out from eBay US though.

I'm guessing it does check your location via IP then... time to try a proxy I suppose if worse comes to worse PepperJam run a ebay program although its US only traffic IIRC.

i am facing the same problem too. In my opinion, i think the auto rejection is something to deal with IPs. I have tried using different email addresses and both application failed.

    Same thing here

I mailed them back and explained my situation but it didn't work, they won't accept me right now and the worst is that they never tell you why you were rejected. That sucks
