    Hello,

I'd like to apply for EPN, I tried applying with just almost blank site, they refused me, so I need to re-apply with something worthy.

    anyone have any ideas?

my goal down the line is to have a website that specifically designed for EPN, I 'll try utilize some SEO towards my site and hopefully will be able to gradually build traffic on my site and send some quality traffic to eBay.

The ideal is to have a nice blog that's been around a while with a nice amount of visitors in a niche that isn't too popular. Ebay is very picky, I've been denied twice. Good luck.

    a) blog? eh... i would like to sort of just build something later on, but now i just need to show them something for them to approve me and then i'll work on content, if they wont approve me there is no point for me to spending hours trying to build a website that would drive traffic to them without EPN, I do want to get paid...

    b) did you finally got approved?

The only way you're going to get accepted is to have a established site with a clean design. You don't even have to use the site afterwards for epn products. I applied with a site that doesn't have a product to sell (forum niche) and got approved, but used my account to put auctions on a site (gaming niche) using wordpress and a script that I bought.

Find a nice template and put up a wordpress blog. phpbay is a good ebay script.

In my opinion eBay's new quality click pricing model is a bust. Most people are making a lot less. but a few people seem to have figured it out, and carefully blocking undesirable traffic and pulling decent payouts.

Ebay's affiliate program has gone right down hill they're kicking out a lot of quality affiliates and they want to know all of your business not only do they want to know your website they want to know where the traffic is coming from and if it's from paid search what keywords your using, once they know that it's happy days for ebay and they'll just pass that information over to their marketing department and give you the boot out of the program.

Just a word of warning, really if they ask for you website fine by why the f^%k do they need to know where the traffic is coming from for your website none of their f%$king business where my traffic comes from!!

You are a few years too late. EPN has tanked and is a waste of time trying to get started now. Find something else.

My publishers are telling me that EPN has hurt their own affiliates and the they are waiting for the exodus to flow to other networks. I really wouldn't bother.

Create a content laden site and you should have no problem getting in.

Ebay isn't worth the trouble, its like building your store on swamp land, even if you profit for a while they might decide to boot you at any time. Find a company that actually appreciates the money affiliates earn for them.

Your domain is in violation of a trademark and can be taken by ebay at any time. Also, please don't hijack peoples threads. The correct place to sell domains is in the buy/sell/trade forum under domains.

Start with a content site with features, articles, FULL CONTENT and they will eat it up.
