    I was banned as a seller from ebay.in. Will i be allowed as an affiliate in the EPN??

    ePN and eBay business is two different things. However, since you are living outside the US, you might get an automatic rejection. It depends on whether your country is inside their whitelist or not.

    The two are not related at all. You shouldn't have a problem, except as mentioned due to your country.
