eBay Partner network - re-affiliating old links

    eBay had many old formats where the links used to start with cgi.ebay.com... Also, most of the items they link to have expired anyway. IS it still worth adding you campaign id to the end of those links? Will it save as a cookie even if they go to another page? Also, is it required to enter a "pub=" paramater into the url or is "campid=" sufficient?
