Ebay Partner Network. Private details?

    Do they need any private details such as utility bill, a scan of your ID or whatever when signing up or before requesting a payout?

    No. You might need Tax details in the US though. I'm from India, so they really didn't ask for anything at all. I went on with them for a few months and tried to promote a movie. You don't want to know what happened:D
