    Yes.

    It is generally believed that hiding affiliate links from the bots is good practice. Block via a redirect with no follow or robots.txt (or both).

    So is just adding rel="nofollow" to the links enough?

    Some of my pages have lots of eBay links, so setting up a php redirect would be a real pain - but adding nofollow would take about 1 second.
