eBay List an item problem

    I I have problem whenever I try list an item [NOT DIGITAL]
    BUT "BUY IT NOW"
    I GET MY ACCOUNT SUSPENDED!!
    when i called ebay they told me I have to fax them ID PASSPORT and other IDENTIFICATION.
    I though it only with one account then I made new account [ofcourse new ip & cookies] And it got blocked again after I list an item via "buy it now"
    Anyone have an idea how to fix itt??

    + I BUY ACCOUNT IF YOU CAN MAKE NEW ACCOUNT WITH 5 FEEDBACK AND LIST AN ITEM [SHOES] FOR ME. PM ME

    Are you sure your location is not on the ebay blacklist ?

    Sounds like you did something wrong, didn't make a payment, outdated payment or unless they made a mistake to get suspended. If you get supsended 1 time and create a new account you will be flagged. I would call them if you this fixed
