eBay has rejected me 4 of my top sites via CJ.com. For all my sites ebay has been just rejecting, and the reason given when contacted via CJ private message is " We are not accepting new affiliates from your place " that is India. Is eBay not accepting new applications from India?
Ebay US only accepts ebay applicants from US. Try applying for eBay India if there is and you will get approved. If you are trying to monetize from eBay affiliate programs, I have encounter a lot of webmasters who are based outside of US being rejected by ebay. I may be wrong but I have yet to see anyone who gets immediate approval from eBay US other than residents of US and Canada.
