    Contact him again and this time tell him that if you do not reply i will leave negative feedback. Send message via ebay to his account not to his email. If he still ignores you wait for a day or two and open a dispute with paypal. He will then reply and if he wins the case for some reason like intangible goods and try to ignore and scam you leave negative feedback. Thats all you can do :(
