ebay - Google trick

    I've put an advert in my national advertising site and then found my product in my national search engine on the first place.

    Does this work good with ebay/Google?

    Some guide to this...?

    99% sure it wont. Still good for national search engine.

    I didn't think to get on the first place. Just to get listed.

    In my case, I was selling a scanner in advertising site, then went to search engine to find some specifications of that scanner. I've put in the exact model - and voila - my ad was shown first. Nothing special in small environment, though.
