    Hello,
I need a gallery image for my eBay auctions. I am selling video tutorials that show people how to copy vinyl records to CDs. You can check out my auction here:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290243885538

The gallery image is the image that is displayed next to your auction in the eBay search results. You can see what mine looks like here:

    http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=vinyl+record+cd

My auctions are the first two on the page.

You can see that the gallery image is actually the cover of the tutorial. Unfortunately it's only 80x79 pixels so you can't really make out exactly what the cover says. The image is also displayed at the bottom of the auction page in full size resolution of about 400x400, so the image must look good in both sizes.

I need a gallery image that will make eBay users instantly know what the product does without having to read the description.

    Ideas include:
    • text that says LP to CD
    • a graphic that shows a record on it with an arrow that points to a CD

Of course if you can think of something better, I'm all for it.

I'd like to choose a winner within the next few days and will pay $10 via Paypal.

Thank you very much for your entries!

@Magnus - I would like the record and CD bigger with the arrow curved and swooping down connecting the two, instead of in between them. That way everything can be bigger which is important because they'll ultimately be resized to 80x79px.

@mvmnt - I think it would look better if the CD was higher so there was more of an angle so they can both be bigger, with the text a bit smaller. It's okay if they are partially cut off as long as they are bigger because it is tough to see at 80x79px.

@eCover4UGfx - I think it looks good but it looks like it is more for the cover of the tutorial, which I already have. Resized to 80x79px, the text would be unreadable.
