hm.. I must pay ebay.com fees (5.05 euro), but they only allow me to use credit card -.- Its impossible to pay them using paypal? Can I use VCC (virtual credit cart) to pay this fees???
For US customers, paying with PayPal is an option. I really can't think of any valid reason for them to not let members from other countries do the same. As for the vcc, I think they accept anything backed by a major CC company.
Go and make one in the closest bank. It takes 1 week time, if you want it faster you will pay a little more fee.
A VCC is just a prepaid CC, right? I see no reason why you can't use it to pay your fees. Just don't set it up for auto pay. Go and pay your fees once each month when billed. Some time back you could prepay your fees with a cashiers check or money order. I do not know if that is still and option. I also guess that would need to be in USD.
Where are you from? In Germany and Austria paying the ebay fees through PayPal is available too. Don´t know about any other european countries. Regards Hellfire81
Hi, if you can, goto a bank and get a prepaid credit card or whatever name they call it. It works like this. It looks like a credit card, but it doesn't have any credit line. So you cannot use it to pay anything. To use it, you need to reload credit into your card by paying the money to the bank. So, now you have a credit card with some credits inside it. You can use the card to pay until the credit goes down to zero. If you want to continue using the card, you will need to top up the credit again. Also, I think you don't need to proof you have a job to apply for this prepaid card since the bank is not giving you any credit margin.
