Ebay feedback system fair or not?

I also agree with you. I got bad buyer, he leave negative feedback that affect my account banned. The fact is he was liar, he said the item are not up at his house, according to USPS tracking number who I give, the goods have been received. Yes, sellers should be able to leave negative feedback for buyers too..
NowI had trouble creating an account ebay seller because ebay has strict regulations in creating new sellers account, not as before a very easy.

 

It's normal and fair to evaluate the sellers to avoid scamming and bad services for other potentiel buyers !

 

I think it is completely unfair.I had perfect feedback on Ebay and I ran into a nut who left me 3 bad feedbacks.He left me the bad feedbacks even before he got his stuff.Ebay refused to remove them

I agree with the majority here. Ebay's feedback system is flawed and needs some revamping. In fact, I think there business model in general needs some serious revamping.
