eBay Editor Kit & Feeds

First of all, what's the difference between an RSS Feed and using this Editor Kit?

I also need an ebay.com ID when I try to create an editor's kit and I can't get one because I need a US address so how did you guys who don't live in the US gain access to this API?

All I want is some products listings I can customize and I thought this editor's kit should be able to do that? As the feeds would require some coding or what do you use?

I did, but when I want to use the Editor Kit it asks me for an ebay.com login.
